After multiple negative experiences at this Dunkin' location in Grand Prairie, TX, I believe franchise ownership and corporate leadership need to seriously review the customer service culture and management conduct at this store. My original concern involved a food allergy issue where I clearly requested no cheese due to an allergy, yet my order was still prepared incorrectly — even after returning to address it. What should have been handled professionally escalated unnecessarily and resulted in hostile interactions instead of accountability and customer care. Unfortunately, during another visit on May 15, 2026 around 7:25 AM CST, I simply attempted to place a routine drive-thru order for breakfast for my grandmother, who is currently sick, and the interaction again became unnecessarily confrontational. The manager working the drive-thru used profanity in front of another employee, spoke in an aggressive and disrespectful manner, and escalated what should have been a simple customer interaction. At no point should a customer feel uncomfortable, verbally confronted, or disrespected while simply attempting to order food. At this point, these incidents no longer feel isolated. Th

I am addicted folks!! Love the Mango Daydream Refresher with oat milk & cold foam!! It’s delicious along with their Sweet Black Pepper Snackin Bacon. My two go to’s for my morning start , along with awesome drive/thru service from Aaliyah..

Love love love this location they always get my order right and it always tastes correct. I've tried other locations but this one's is the one I always come back to. I usually order online for drive thru pick up and the workers are very fast with their service and friendly. I also love that that always give me a holiday cup because the other locations I went to didn't give me a holiday cup even when I ordered a holiday drink.

I ordered a spider donut from Dunkin and it wasn’t made right. They used the wrong munchkin, which defeats the point of advertising it that way. My drink also tasted awful today, and the worker’s attitude made it even worse. She seemed more interested in chatting with a guy who was clearly there just for her than helping customers. When I offered to pay for another donut to get the correct one, she gave me attitude. This isn’t the first bad experience either, I’ve gotten rotten milk before and a foul tasting sausage in a wake-up wrap. The manager really needs to get involved and fix what’s going on here. Also, ironic that their sticker says “Love your order or we’ll make it again.” And “Make it right” because this location clearly didn’t get the memo.

Dunkin' sure has lost its way. Doughnuts just don't remind of years past. Small selection of doughnuts because they're out, granted I'm here late afternoon, but why stay open late, oh, they have an ice cream counter here. Perhaps just a newer Dunkin' and haven't established the neighborhood routine. Atmosphere ok, service ok. But boy, I miss being able to come to Dunkin' and getting fresh doughnuts any time of the day.
